I am a pastor, teacher, poet, and coffee lover who is seeking to walk with Jesus in the midst of a chaotic, sometimes crazy world.
Originally from Pultneyville, New York, I am now serving the congregation of Western Presbyterian Church in Palmyra, New York, right on the edge of the Erie Canal, where I live with my wife and son.
I graduated from Hope College with a Bachelor’s degree in English, writing in 2004, and from New Brunswick Theological Seminary with a Master’s of Divinity in 2010.
Life has been strange, a little bit messy, but full of adventure and love. Wouldn’t trade it for the world. It’s the strange messiness that keeps things interesting, after all.
